The Salsa Club is a private dance club in Windhoek inspired by the history and culture of the lively members-only music and dance clubs of 1930s and 1940s Havana, Cuba.
As the only full-time social dancing collective in Namibia—it pays respect to the Cuban, Dominican, Puerto Rican, Colombian, New York, and Afro-Latin roots of the world’s most popular partner dances while adding distinct Namibian flavours to its bouquet of dance offerings.
The Salsa Club’s membership is a welcoming, supportive, and eclectic collection of people from all walks of Namibian life who are committed to learning one of the world’s international languages: dance.
